• FIRST 4 HOURS Do not wash your face or expose the treated area to water. Let the active ingredients fully absorb.
• FIRST 24 HOURS Avoid intense workouts, alcohol, and makeup application. Let your skin rest and breathe.
• FIRST 72 HOURS Vitamin C, and Retinol. Also, avoid swimming, saunas, ice baths, or any extreme temperatures.
• FIRST WEEK Limit sun exposure and avoid exfoliation, chemical peels, laser or energybased treatments, and bloodthinning medications like Ibuprofen or Aspirin.
